Royal Navy Undergraduate Leadership Programme - Theoretical Leadership Event at University of Birmingham

The Undergraduate Leadership Programme (ULP) gives STEM students, at all levels, an in-depth understanding of the leadership skills required for an engineering career in the Royal Navy – and how these skills give you the edge in industry.

It is perfect if you’re looking to build on your leadership and management skills, experience a unique working environment first-hand, or just find out more about yourself.

This classroom-based session includes discussions, table-top exercises and scenarios which explore leadership models to increase your understanding of the theory behind leadership and management.

On completion of the session we will provide a more detailed programme of the up-coming Two-Day Royal Navy Experience and give you the opportunity to sign up if interested.

We look forward to seeing you.
